Brewery Notes. An easy to love as New Orleans itself, Amber is Abita's original beer and a New Orleans favorite. Our Amber is brewed with pale and caramel malts and German Perle Hops to create a smooth, malty, profile with a slightly caramel finish. It is Abita's most versatile beer for food pairing and a star ingredient for many great Louisiana chefs.
