B-52 Shot
It might delight your tastebuds, but it's going to bomb your liver.

The B-52 is visually intriguing due to the nature of it being a layered shot. In fact, it was the first layered shot we ever had the pleasure of enjoying.
The history of the B-52 shot is called into question a bit by Liquor.com, with the media outlet stating that the B-52 might not have been named after the plane, but rather the band, The B-52s. You may recall them from the 1989 hit song, Love Shack. Either way, the name is a good one for this shot. Have enough of them and you will be bombed in no time.
As to recipe, we aren't really sure what significance the ingredients have outside of their ability to be layered. If it really was for the band, maybe it was one liquor for the three vocalists.

Steps
-
1.
Gather Ingredients
-
2.
Add the Kahlua
Pour 1/2 oz of coffee liqueur into an empty shot glass. We prefer to use Kahlua.
-
3.
Add the Bailey's
Layer in the 1/2 oz of Irish Cream. We prefer Bailey's. Layering takes some practice to get the hang of. Using a bar spoon will make your life easier. That said, it can be done with utensils that you have in your kitchen.
