Brewery Notes. Swift River Light IPA is a refreshingly light IPA. - Cold fermented to produce a crisp character - Smoothed with locally collected honey from Bob and Jay's Bees - Accented by a light citrus nature from dry hopping with Saaz and Citra Swift River Light IPA is the perfect addition to any meal, mild enough to compliment and not overwhelm In the Algonquin language, Cochituate means "swift river", or "the place of rushing water", so we chose Swift River to represent this refreshing beer for all palettes.
