This makes sense from an operations and production perspective, as Boston Beer Company ships Truly Hard Seltzers - so, they know what they are doing - a fact which can be verified since they just released a tribute beer to Tom Brady called Greatest of Ale Time.

Is Hard Mountain Dew a seltzer?

Yes, Hard Dew is a hard seltzer. Much like Bud Zero, this malt beverage has zero added sugar added. Then again, Bud Zero is a non-alcoholic beer, so we guess the comparison ends there.
