You can get lost in the aftertaste of the Things We Don't Say. If you keep a sip in your mouth, the flavor changes, as if a beer chameleon. Gotta imagine that's the result of blending several hops, oats, wheat, etc.
Brewery Notes. This one is dedicated to all the things we don't say. The things we feel, but can't express (or choose not to). The intangible thoughts and emotions that make us human, but still hold us back. We feel the need to fill the silence with noise and chatter, but so much goes unsaid. Our society would rather have you stay quiet. It's easier. God forbid you bother someone or make them upset. Share your story. You never know who you might impact.
